1. I felt like I didn't really have a clear idea of my identity, still don't, so a user name was tricky for someone who is just some girl also maybe a bit of a nod to 'just A girl' by No Doubt I guess, on a subconscious level... Or something!

2. Raised C of E. Slightly militant atheist for many years. Now open to the idea of spirituality and some kind of 'god'... Energy. No religion, but I appreciate some of the teachings of Buddhism.

4. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks... What I call my 'quarterlife crisis'... SI, binge eating/purging... Possible borderline personality disorder or at least some traits of it due to upbringing, also it seems I've been dissociating... Exploring these issues in therapy (after finally having some kind of breakdown) and boy is it a tangled web. Hopefully starting to make sense of it all now. Hoping to return to a capable and functioning state, and to create some kind of life for myself.
