Myself,
I see what you say about writing. I do use my journal as a way of "getting things out" and off my mind, or a way to organize my thoughts, or express myself. I also use it to further my therapy by figuring things out, reminding myself that I am doing well and have come a long way.
Sometimes, I have difficulty "speaking" the words to T. It hurts too much to actually say it, so I have him read it, otherwise, it won't come out. I mean, there is no way some things can cross my lips. NO WAY AT ALL.
