Pfft, the only screw up you did was not eating. To be fair you could have had that dizzy spell at any time and what are you supposed to do about it? There'd have been more trouble if you had have collapsed at work, I know here there would have to have been an accident report made and investigated.

The WORST that can come from this is you get disciplined for not looking after your own health, and that's only if you attribute your spell of sickness to something you did.

Personally I'd put it down to a mistake similar to "I tripped and drop a load of stock and now it's ruined and cost them $100". Heck it could have been a lot worse!
