Called one day, got in to see T the next day - which was really rather unusual! From there I wasn't able to get a standing appointment for a few weeks due to Ts schedule, that took about a month. Now I have my standing appointments which is incredibly helpful, as I don't need to spend any time talking about the schedule - just the occasional holiday hiccup- otherwise it's same time, same place, every week, which I like and need the consistency and reliability that provides.
