At my last appointment, my doctor told me this.

"With your acute psychosis episodes becoming more frequent, i.e. your kingdom, Emily, Rose, the Bukater family. I will have no choice but to have you institutionalized, possibly for an indefinite period of time. Nothing seems to work on you. I think it's best if you would enter an institution. There we could watch you and make sure you don't delve off into your little world. I want you to think about it however. By your next appointment, I want you to have your mind made up. I'm hoping you will see the light of your actions."

I don't want to go to my next appointment with him. I need help, but not like how he's talking. Institutions are for the really bad folks. I need to go to the hospital, but since I work for a Wal Mart company, they'd fire me. They don't like people with mental illnesses. So I can't go to the hospital, plus my parents won't allow me. I have to suffer this way. I'll probably end up taking my own life since they won't let me go get help.
