Wow. What an awful doctor, it seems like he talks down at you like a criminal. "I'm hoping you will see the light of your actions."
Institutions aren't necessarily for bad people. They could be a place that helps you, you aren't a bad person! If you feel like you have/want to go, maybe talk to your parents about how it could benefit you as you are feeling suicidal.
I never knew Walmart was like that.
