Yeah, that's right. Always make me look like the evil one. Never admit you deliberately pushed my buttons.

And that's something I've noticed about people, as relates to me. Even the nicest people, in the best circumstances, wait at least until I've asked twice before they notice me. I can never ask nicely, just once, and get what I need. How do OTHER people get respected?
I don't know whether I'm respected in the matter or not, but I'm very direct when I ask for help. I don't mention that I need help in a general way. Oh no, I call up Joe & say, "Joe, I need a favor."

My friends are all the type who say that if they can ever... But I've learned that specific invitations work best with all of them.

IDK. Works for us, anyway.
