1. My name was inspired by an old comedy show "Mork & Mindy". Mork, an alien, would say, "shezbut" whenever frustrated.

4. Major depression, history of SA & EA, PTSD (and/or??) BPD. I've battled and beat major anxiety and panic disorder in the past. I enjoy sharing my experiences or knowledge to help others feel better.
