You could walk around someplace nice like a park or outdoor mall. Maybe bring a camera and take pictures of the sunset and scenery. If your phone has GPS then you can geocache which a wide variety of people enjoy. Spend some time in a bookstore (or library) looking at books and magazines. Sneaking into a hotel pool and/or hot tub is fun too.
