we all make mistakes it is part of being human. You have to put what happened into greater pespective when it happens. It is best to be honest with those above you. Also learn to recognize when you are having difficulty performing your job and let someone know what is going on with you.

My greater concern is your method of losing weight, what you are doing, missing meals is not a healthy strategy and will have negative long term consequences. Your body needs food to operate and that includes your mind as well. Hunger causes a loss of focus and concentration.

The safer way to loose weight is to eat smaller portions but more frequently. When you starve yourself, your metabolism slows down to adapt so you do not burn fat off as efficiently so ultimately it is a self-defeating strategy. By eating low fat, low sugar foods more frequently, along with regular exercise you maintain a high metabolic rate and you will lose weight in a much safer and more satisfying way.
