I took an Ativan at around 5:00 and just took another one. She told me to take as needed. I haven't taken any in weeks but right now I'm just trying to keep from having a full blown breakdown. It's been a long time since I felt this way. I had forgotten just what a terrifying feeling it is to be right on the edge.
