I have problems with money, and after my friend's and family's concern with my problem, I decided I will attend a Debter's Anonymous meeting for the first time.

I'm not sure what to expect. Is it like an AA meeting? Do they do the 12 steps and sharing and what not? How do they help you with your problem?

The only thing that comes to mind is the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic where she attends a shopaholics anonymous group...but it was a comedy so it was a silly view on it.

Any advice would be great...
