I have not known you long, but during this time I have come to see you as a strong, compassionate and incredibly brave woman. You have obvious love and compassion for those around you. You are able to acknowledge that things are tough and do what you need to do to get through and keep safe.
You have endless talents and gifts to offer everyone and yourself.............you just can't see them cause you can't see much from that damn black hole ay............yep, been there myself plenty of times, and it sooooooooo seems like its never going to end, doesn't it...............well, my friend, it does end, you wake up one day and you realise that maybe you laughed a couple of times, or maybe you called a friend when you've been isolating for ages or maybe you just said something kind to yourself and actaully believed it.
