I'm glad you haven't experience any places that have weird, strange behavior of bosses and coworkers. I have known some people who have, so I don't feel like I am misrepresenting my situation. And we had a workplace shooting, which got swept under the rug very quickly. I'm tired of trying to do a decent job if I could be an ******* and make the same or more by being one, too.
