well, surely wherever you went next couldn't be any worse than where you're at. start putting applications to other places out there. at least you'd feel like you're TRYING to get out and it will distract you a little bit from the b.s. you're currently dealing with. I really feel for you as I've worked in horrible atmospheres before. I'm so much happier now that I'm out of those places.
I'd suggest talking to you p-doc about changing your meds, too!
