Sounds identical how I felt before I emailed my T first time.
Email her.....even if you can only say it in a sentence..she is there to help you, and the more she knows about your week..the more she can help.

I make the mistake of not letting her know how I feel..and just trying to survive the week, and when I came to her office, I put on my "im ok" act and she never knew I was just crumbling inside. What happened? I ended up having a complete meltdown and calling her anyway...in complete and utter *sobbing crying cant understand me* mode.

Email her...even if she cant answer right away, It will feel better....even if your like me and you tend to feel guilty after reaching out...it will help you "somewhere" inside... it really is a release, and will help her understand where you are during the week.
Also, she said you can email...T's offer that..they mean it. I think you should email her,

She is there to have someone to reach out to. We'll support u here too <3
