Valid question. Often times, emails are more like just releasing energy....stored up thoughts...
letting them go and sharing them with someone like your T, someone who can actually use those thoughts to gain knowledge about your situation and help you, can be beneficial. Maybe it cant go away, but it will help her understand where you are emotionally at this particular time..and it will give her insight to you outside of the office..
understand what I mean?
