According to things I have read, Effexor is one of the AD's most likely to send a bipolar person into orbit...I hope they put you on a mood stabilizer ASAP and begin to titrate the Effexor down. Stay safe, and I second Roe's advice to get a sleep cycle happening no matter what. 8 hours at night. Good luck!
