I can't seem to get to work on time and it's embarassing. I dont' have a boss, as I am currently the Director, so there isn't a real reason for me to be in on time.
We had a delay (school system) today and instead of going in 2 hours late at 9:30am, I didn't get in until closer to 11am. I simply don't know how to stop taking advantage of the system.
I validate it becuase I do work weekends and nights and things, so it all usually works out in the wash. I am also getting all the stuff doen that I need to get done.
However, I do know that it's unprofessional and not acceptable. What will it take for me to get on track? I simply don't know how to change this.
