If its the waking up part train yourself to get up earlier by setting your alarm for maybe 5 minutes earlier every week. Never hit the snooze button get up as soon as it goes off and i mean pop out of bed jump up. If you find yourself wanting to fall back in yell at yourself and tell yourself no get in the shower right then and there. Turn on some music or something.
I used to have this problem I just keep changing my routine to keep myself on my toes
