1. Are you having trouble getting to sleep or waking up? I would recommend getting that problem out of the way first.
2. If you're like me, I like the quiet that came with working the odd hours. I hated having to make that awful chit-chat every morning! Coming in at 11 evaded that problem. Then everybody leaves for lunch, and the office is quiet! So maybe there's a method to your madness. The problem is, you don't need to get fired and/or to be setting this kind of example. Coming in 30-60 minutes BEFORE everyone else gives you that quiet time and starts off the day right, if you can get your body clock and sleep schedule used to it. Good luck.
