I know exactly what you mean!! I think feeling stupid is an emotion!! It is so frustrating that it doesn't matter how intellectual we are we suffer so much with our emotions because we feel things so much more intensely than other people!

We are constantly fighting with our 'emotional mind' against our 'logical mind'!! Trying to activate our 'wise mind'- Gosh it's no wonder everything is sooo confusing!!
