It's your self-esteem issues that 'tell' you these negative things. View them as bullies, and choose to believe the complete opposite of what they say.
I have to, or else I'd believe I was too fat and ugly to leave my house. Instead of sticking on some beautiful boots and skinny jeans and prancing down the street.

I know this is is short of a cliche, but more often than not, your biggest obstacle is you.
Believe in your mind. You seem sound, if not slightly erratic and whimsical. All wonderful things.
