I think going in late is setting a bad example for the other employees, I don't know if it really makes a difference though as long as you are getting your work done. Some people are morning people and some function better in the afternoons. I guess it just depends. But if you feel you are taking advantage I would stop it, as you probably are and you don't want to lose your job. They are to hard to find. Maybe you need a change to get you more motivated.
