I don't think it is selfish, if you are not feeling well you should diffidently tell someone. But don't expect them to stop their vacation because of you that is selfish. I hope you are ok. expectations can not always be for filled, depends on the circumstances. It does not matter how many post someone makes it is how you deal with life that counts. I wish you well.
