I am already on a high protein eating plan made up for me by my gym. It is restrictive in terms of my family though (and leaves me famished half the time). I'm supposed to be making this eating plan a way of life but I am not enjoying it.
My weight isn't budging despite the gym and eating plan because of a stubborn under-active thyroid and for which I have recently started taking medication.
I would like to read some more on the weight watchers point system though.
