I didnt know that Anxity makes your senses extremely sensitive thats why when i feel stress i see more floaters ( i all ways thought that was odd but knew it was my eyes ) and i can hear better thats good to know
and thank you for your prayers my dad realy needs them right now and so does my family .. and on the mind stuff have to wait till my new health insurance goes though and need to find a doc who knows his/her stuff my doc is only good for a cold or for refulling meds ..is there any one who has been to a Doc about this kind of stuff that could tell me just what they do ? have never see a doc about this and am worry about what might happen . any one know what kind of meds they give you for this stuff was on lexapro but it didnt work right for me (am scared of meds after that will be researching any meds from now on ) but i did find something that works for me might for others too is going to sound crazy but it works WHITE SAGE TEA WORKS BETTER THEN LEXAPRO would not have belived it could worked but tryed it and it did makes you feel clame and relaxed helps you sleep too and you dont feel sick in the morning when you wake up is eazy to make too for sleeping get 3 dried white sage leafs you can get these online or from a herb or indian (indian as in Amarican indian )shop and crush them up put them in the bottom of your coffee cup add some honey too makes it tast better. boil about as much water (or tea tasts better ) as your cup will hold then pour your water(or tea) over the white sage leafs wait 10mins befor drinking , the web site i got this off of said not to drink any more the 1 cup (with 3 leafs in it) for 24 hours but you can break that down and make that 1cup 1 leaf for stress .. just remember 2 or 3 will make you sleepy. you can add stjohns wort to it too you can get that from wal-mart I add just one capsule to mine.
