I know exactly how you feel. I've experienced that lately and it leaves you quite unsettled. I feel like this is how a robot feels. I suggest talking about it to a therapist, that's what I did. It's hard to explain and I kinda confused my therapist but at least they can always give advice you can count on. If you can't distract yourself from the feeling by some activity then try to lessen it. I find that dailycute (a site) makes me feel at least a little better. And reminds me I can still feel emotions. I hope this helps.
