Exercise will also make you sleep better at night. My morning wake-up stimulant is not a medication, it is a shower!

There are so many issues for a good nights sleep. Sleep apnea is one of them. To suffer from sleep apnea - i understand it's different for men and women - a person is usually overweight. Do you have a weight problem? Do you suffer from acid reflux? What do you eat and drink before going to bed? Alcohol can make you sleepy but it negatively affects your quality of sleep. Consistent poor sleep can be attributed to drinking alcohol before bed. Likewise, so can drinking caffeinated beverages and acidic beverages like sodas before bed affect sleep quality.

I've never considered Wellbutrin a stimulant. Maybe your doses of anti-d's are too high? That would result in your body's need for excessive sleep. Have you discussed this problem with your prescribing doc? If not, please do asap.
