I definitely can experience something much much larger than myself in this world. It may or may not be God (with a capital G), but it's not about me at all.

It's something much more powerful and interconnected. It gets me closer to all things. It would be kinda sad to me if it were just about me.

I do not experience that with my therapist, but therapy may have helped me to pay attention to it.
