I'm obsessed with therapy and psychology in general!
I have been having therapy with my psychologist now for 4 years and still going...
Sometimes it is very painful and can be like going to the dentist,
and sometimes it is exciting and enjoyable!
It does seem to be a bit of an obsession a NEED to learn and wanting to know everything. Is this normal???
My T says it's ok.....it's ok to like /enjoy therapy and he says he can understand that. (But then he is a psychologist so he would like it too wouldn't he?)
Well, anyway I'm rambling a bit.
I guess it is a healthy obsession, but I'm wondering what I will do when all the therapy stops (not likely to happen yet).
Thanks for listening
