I dreamt that my teeth were coming out, but underneath there were the baby teeth (I know this is backwards since your adult teeth come in under the baby teeth). I pulled all of them out myself, and the new ones seemed to be growing in. I remember thinking "my new teeth look like Miranda's from Sex and the City" and I kept smiling, hoping the teeth were growing fast enough to fit my adult-sized mouth.
