I think right now it it is a combination of two, with the goal of doing CBT. However, until we get the anxiety under control, I think we do what I would think of, as "talk thearpy." We are also in the process of finding the root of everything.. to see if we can trace some links to events from the past that are triggering my worsening anxiety now.
