Thats what i am trying to figure out. Right now i do eat at least one to two snacks a day byt want so badly to lose the wt. Im doing some wkbooks to try and help my thinking along but it doesnt seem to be doing thhe job. All i do is wish my day away to lose the wt and count calories. And currently i just underwent one major surjery on my leg and havve to have another in 1 1/2 weeks to rebreak my leg this time they took the old hardware out in a 4 hr operation on thursdy. i have to hvave new hardware put in as well and will be on crutches for 5 months and not b able to exercise or anything. i feel like im sliding down a long tunnel.
