For a few weeks now Ive been experiencing this jittery, on edge, cant relax, quick to assume feeling.
Well, tonight just now thinking about it I realized it is like I am feeling cornered, blocked in by something. Its scary and makes me upset and I dont like it obviously. Its really edgy.
the thing is, I dont have a therapist right now until thursday.
what do i do now that ive pinned down the feeling?
