My T calls me her client, although not often. It came up at the beginning when I wanted to know whether I was a client or a patient. When I'm having a bad time though I think of myself as a patient because I just want someone to make me better.

And yes, I have very nearly called her T! I've taken hard copies of my posts in before and she's queried what T means so she knows anyway.
