Find ways to express it instead of keeping it inside find ways to get it outside. When I feel like this I do alot of different things.

Take a walk
ride my bike
journalling
drawing
arts and crafts
mold and squish playdough/clay
use my relaxation tapes and music
take a bath...

the list goes on
