I would go to my doctor and get blood tests, make sure there aren't key vitamins/minerals or hormones going amuck? Guys have a menopause sort of thing happening too, around middle age, I don't know that you are too young for that to be starting? It does get worse, trust me
It could be your DSA (depression, stress, anxiety :-) symptoms or there could be a "real" cause that you can do something about to help? I don't know if you have seen a nutritionist too, see if better eating might help? I know I tried to start an exercise regime a couple years ago and failed because of pain and lack of "progress". See a doctor/podiatrist and make sure one leg isn't shorter than the other or your shoes aren't wrong, etc.? I had pains in my legs in my 20's and went to the podiatrist who made expensive inserts for my shoes that threw my knees out even worse! Get a sports physician at a sports med place to give you a once over?
