Hi everyone, just been to see my own family doctor and he has now made an urgent referral for a pdoc evaluation. I have had EXTREME anxiety for a few days now, I think maybe its cos I have come off valium after being on it for a month or so I just don't know.

My doc wouldnt prescribe anything else for me at this time so now I have to wait for this appointment. I strongly suspect that I have bipolar - can anxiety go hand in hand if not on the right meds? Also feeling extremely hyper sexually and have NEVER had these feelings before - its really all scared me totally and am not sleeping at all well, albeit some 5 hrs.

Any advice would be welcome. Thanks
