Hi thanks for your reply and also the others members too
I saw my T yesterday and we both agreed that we need to start a new med ASAP,the voices are driving me crazy! I feel like its a running commentary and that I'm constantly being criticised or goaded to do something I would never dream of.
This along with the anxiety and M.E is getting me down and it's so difficult for family to support and understand when they haven't experienced any mental illness themselves.
Many thanks for your offer of support,I will add you to my friends if that's ok with you? I will also look up the meds your taking as it sounds ideal without those nasty side effects,I'm in the UK so I don't know if they are available here.
