If T2 discourages the idea I will go back to the MD & say, what else you got - because only T knows what happened last year, when I had to stop the SJW for a month.
I am starting out with a new T and am concerned about screwing up my work with her (which is already difficult enough) by messing around with an herbal which has done well for me. I asked this question here because it is, therefore, therapy related, and because I wanted the many people in THIS forum, many of whom I have grown to know and trust over years, to give me their helpful, polite, well intentioned responses.
