Hi,

Sometimes when I have a "trapped" feeling, I try to do things that remind me that I am free, like going for a walk. That's one of the things which can help me the most at a time like that. Another thing which helps a lot is writing in a journal, writing about my thoughts and feelings and getting them out on paper.

Another thing that can help me is coloring, or even just scribbling on paper back and forth - or tearing up scratch paper. Sometimes getting energy out in those safe ways helps me.
