today i did 2.1 miles on the treadmill/elliptical at the gym in 35 minutes which was my goal...eventually i will whittle it down to an even 20 or so minutes for 2 miles...

hey it's not fast by any means but it works for me..i do 20 minutes on the treadmill & then 5 minutes of cool down & then switch over to the elliptical to finish up...keeping track of time & distance etc. eventually it will all be on the elliptical..but for now i get a better feeling of my over all fitness level by doing it this way.

so..i am pleased. have been going regularly since january (on & off for 3 yrs or so depending on injury status...shoulders, hip etc) the first year i joined i was an exercise fool & was in great shape..i love going & working out...

i also do weight training as well but have to be careful because of my shoulders...i can't lift nearly as heavy as i am able to or want too...

so these stumpy little legs were just a moving along ...
