I'm on seroquel (200mgs) and lexapro. I was on risperdal and celexa at first but both made me extremely suicidal and it was impossible to get comfortable at night I felt tense. When i switched I felt like crap for two weeks but then leveled out. It took awhile for the voices and psychotic symptoms to completely go away. The meds plus therapy helped. However I will have to wait for the fall to roll around again to see if the meds really help or not as that is when i always seem to snap.
