I was just about to ask, but how did it feel, when I saw your second post.

This is an excellent candidate for EMDR. You have a clear memory of a specific incident, and EMDR can induce the catharsis, the letting go of all the emotion you have so far effectively suppressed. Stored emotions never die. Until you unstore them, that is. I think it best that you let this one out. It's weighing you down.
