I believe there is a local workforce development (employment assistance center) in your area that can work with you to build a resume conduct job searches / etc.
We have one here in Southern California that is part of the State of California EDD.
I used their services after being laid off.
Also, a headhunter or employment agency will help you create / revise your resume.
