Don't make the mistake of deciding you're no good with "electronics" when it is the programmers who don't design or program well; the machines are supposed to be designed to help us, not us being required to struggle to use them.
If the T isn't helpful to you, she's not helpful to you; it doesn't have to be a "personal" thing where one is "right" and one "wrong", resistant, whatever negative word you are trying to apply to one or the other of you. You can decide you are being resistant when the same thing happens after trying five therapists :-) Trust what you "know" (what attachment is and this ain't it, etc.). You're in charge, it's your money, life/time, therapy!

thank you for your support......I have been internalizing so much of this and then...there are breaks in the clouds and i can see blue sky ...when I think: HEY! If this last session had not COMPLETELY degenerated into the therapeutic equivalent of a FOOD FIGHT, then I would not be free to choose a new path. I'm only sorry that it had to get that BIG for me to see it. Goes to show just how much I am willing to tolerate. My old and amazing therapist (years ago now) used to have me do "home work" that consisted of going into a private space, listening to myself and writing a list of "THINGS I AM TOLERATING."
It was a good exercise. A therapist, in my view, should not top that list, week after week.
Anywhooo....thanks! and warning, I may be posting horror stories in the days to come ...I will try to limit myself.
