I always write down exactly what I wish I could tell her. On bad weeks I end up writing a lot. I've written five pages the last few days. I usually show it to T in my appointment, because I struggle to say it and if I don't share my writing then she doesn't know...and she can help me with what's been happening during the week.
Other than that I just wait, cling on, fight, struggle, battle my way forwards...something like that! It's not easy!
