My question is this, Why do people see therapists???? I mean yes I am bi polar, and have ocd, but does that automatically mean that I NEED a therapist??? I have been doing very well these days, and I am able to use my coping skills as needed, but I feel that therapy has been more of a headache then help......The cost of each session, and that time it is taking out of my day, I mean, do I really need a therapist????
