If you feel you are doing ok without a T and are coping well, then therapy may not be for you. However, I find for me that I have alot of issues to come to terms with that only a T can help me through that doesn't have anything to do with my mental illnesses I have. If you ever do feel like you are "slipping" i hope you would consider a T at some point. Hope you do continue to do well!
